If you are one of those people that spends a big portion of your day on your phone or on your computer (which is basically all of us, right?), then this post is for you! What most people don’t know is that your phone and computer emit what’s called Blue Light. Because of the amount of time that we are on our phones and computer these days, this light can be extremely harmful to your eyes. This light not only causes severe eye strain and headaches, but over time can cause retina damage and vision problems.
